Small Groups

Make sure you sign up and get involved!

Small group is where you can really dig into the Word. It is a fantastic time for discussions, fellowship. If you are new to the congregation, then what better way to get to know people!

John 17:20-23

20 “I do not ask for these only, but also for those who will believe in me through their word, 21 that they may all be one, just as you, Father, are in me, and I in you, that they also may be in us, so that the world may believe that you have sent me. 22 The glory that you have given me I have given to them, that they may be one even as we are one, 23 I in them and you in me, that they may become perfectly one, so that the world may know that you sent me and loved them even as you loved me.

God lives in community and in relationship. Jesus Christ calls His disciples to live in fellowship with God the Father, the Son, Holy Spirit and to be Involved with each other.  The early church lived in relationship in an authentic transparent community that met regularly to learn, pray, grow and to see to each others needs.

At 100 MHBC we are committed to live in authentic christian community. This is one way in which we ask people to get Involved. Our small groups are an extension of our Sunday meetings. Meeting on Sundays alone is not enough if we are looking to grow together in the Lord. In our groups we meet to build community, be authentic, be taught the Word of God, and meet each others needs in real practical ways. Our objectives we are seeking to fulfill with our small group ministries are the following

  • Spiritual growth
  • Leadership development
  • Discipleship
  • Prayer network
  • Transparency – fellowship
  • Teaching
  • Worship
  • Evangelism – outreach
  • Community projects
  • Unity
  • Networking
  • Family growth
